Good communication all the way through. They stayed on the job straight through until finished. Meticulous work. The crew was courteous and good to be around. Our 70 year old house has never looked better.
Seattle Paint and Drywall painted our home 9 years ago. Our home is located on Salt water front, therefore painting the exterior is most important to preserve the exterior. They did a wonderful job. Their people worked fast and most efficient. Cleaned up and drop clothes or debris they used every day before they left. They did a beautiful job. When the house was finished it looked beautiful. The paint job still looks very good and really does not need to be repainted yet. Although I am having Seattle paint and drywall repaint my home this summer because I want to change the color. I am also going to have some interior painting done. I highly recommend this company. They charge a very reasonable price for the quality of work they do.
SP&D did a great job painting the interior of my condominium. Very fast and efficient. They also helped me to decide on colors, information that was invaluable to me. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.
I had a notice from HOA complaining about the new color of my house. They gave me a competitive quote and repainted the whole house in the weekend after the quote. They knew that I just had the house painted and that would be an extra cost for me, so their bid was competitive and better than the bid I got from the original painter I had hired previously. The paint job was not only fast but with attention to details. Patrick also did a walk through, identifying minor touch ups to be done in the end. I recommend their service.
Estimator was very thorough. Some pressure washing needed to be repeated, but all prep work was well done. The painting team leader communicated well about all aspects, and did a walk-around with me after the job to check for any oversights. After completion, the team cleaned-up around the exterior. I would re-hire this company for any painting.

Patrick Sears, Project Mgr, provided our estimate and is an excellent representative of this company being thorough, friendly, and responsive from beginning to end. We felt as though we were in good hands instantly. We were very happy with the outcome of our project. The painters were professional, respectful of our property, plants and nesting Robins, and they worked steadily through the day. They let us know when they were going to lunch and always checked in at the end of the day to discuss the next day plan. When we walked around the house upon completion we did not find one touch-up that was required. They were considerate of us and other neighbors when parking their vehicles. We recommended them to two of our neighbors. We would hire them again.
Spectacular! They carefully took care of the old lead paint (we have children around as well as caring for the environment and our neighbors), protected all the plants, worked efficiently with great attention to detail, and were polite and quiet. When we discovered we forgot to ask for semi-gloss on the handrails, they just added another coat and handled it. They did excellent prep, so we know it will last. You won’t find anyone better.
We had a very good experience with Seattle Paint and Drywall. The project manager and the lead painter are not only knowledgeable and skilled but they listened to my concerns and questions. We appreciated how careful the painters were the plants around our house. But I was concerned about how our neighbors would feel since we needed access into their yard. I was glad to hear from our neighbors how easy it was for the painters to be in their yard and everything worked out well. Best of all the house looks great!
We decided it was time to paint the house. The paint around the front door was peeling and the trim around the house was looking faded. Patrick came out and gave us an estimate. He pointed out areas that needed special attention and recommended a pressure wash on the north side. We told him the colors that we were thinking about and he suggested that we get some sample paints and try them on the house, looking at them in both the sunlight and shaded areas. What a great suggestion! The original colors that we thought would look good were a completely different hue when applied to the house. We changed from the beige to a slate grey that looked much better with our stone hardscapes. The painters were very professional, extremely pleasant, and always checking with us if they had any questions. They paid great attention to all the details and fixed a few items before painting. Because the east side of the house is three stories tall, I could not have fixed the small details before they arrived. They were extremely careful to mask off all areas that might get oversprayed and even wrapped some plants to keep them away from the house until the paint dried. They did an excellent job on the front door, giving it a finish that looks like the paint on a new car. When the job was completed, they walked around the house twice to make sure all tape and paper was cleaned up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family.
Their rep was great to work with. Their written quote was considerably lower than a competitor’s and covered everything we wanted done. The work went smoothly, the workers were pleasant, efficient and experienced, and gave extra attention to detail when we requested it. At the end of the job we put together a short list of touch-ups / corrections which they took care of right away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
